February Workout Challenge: Globe Jumps

Globe jumps work your entire body. It is probably one of the most tiring, yet most effective and most definitely my favorite move from the Insanity thus far. Day 1 do as many as you can as fast as you can before you just want to give up completely. Add one globe jump on each day. Four jumps all the way around counts as 1 globe jump, so no cheating!!!! 

Below is a video to show you how it is done. He does a total of two globe jumps in this video. Remember to keep you knees behind your toes!!!
